Vicky is the Founder & CEO of BlockRun, which builds payment infrastructure for the Inference Economy. BlockRun's flagship product, ClawRouter, is the leading x402 application by USDC micropayment volume—an open-source LLM router with over 6,000 GitHub stars and more than 2 million API calls processed. The company also developed RunCode, an AI coding agent supporting over 40 models with pay-per-use USDC. BlockRun is backed by Coinbase Ventures (lead), CoinFund, and Liberty City Ventures, and is one of 12 finalists in Coinbase's Base Batches 003 accelerator. 

Prior to founding BlockRun, Vicky built Circle's data science function from scratch as Head of Data Science, following earlier roles at Capital One and Microsoft.
